The objective of NSGST-17 is to provide an updated knowledge of satellite communication and its applications & space weather that could provide the new capabilities needed to Serve the needs of a society ever more reliant on space and provides an overview of current state of efforts to develop a capability to predict harmful space weather events. Our aim is to bring together the leading scientists working in the key areas of the field as well as the young researchers and students interested in these areas. In addition to problem of current interest, one of the goals will be to identify future research direction.
